I graduated from aMaster in Management and Organizational Strategiesin a business school by correspondence: I worked in a company during the day and I studied in the evening, in parallel. 

 

I started working in mass distribution, in France and abroad, before specializing intraining in management and communication, coaching and sophrology.

Since soon5 years,I lead training and workshops for companies and individuals.

From10 years,I practice sophrology and since3 years, I am a sophrologist.
